The Board Meetings of the Northern Illinois Municipal Power Agency are typically held at 10:00 AM, Central Time, on the Wednesday after the first Monday of each month.
The dates in 2011 are:
- January 12
- February 9
- March 9
- April 6
- May 4
- June 8
- July 13
- August 10
- September 14
- October 5 (Annual Meeting)
- November 9
- December 7
NIMPA will set the time and place of the Annual Meeting closer to the meeting date.
NIMPA reserves to right to call special or emergency meetings from time to time. Notice of such meetings, as well as notice and agendas for regular meetings, are posted at least 48 hours in advance at the meeting site, as well as NIMPA's principal office, located at Rochelle Municipal Utilities, 333 Lincoln Highway, Rochelle, Illinois. Notices are also emailed to the Rochelle News Leader, WRHL Radio and faxed to the Daily Herald.
